I have a heart for people. As your counselor my goal is to meet you where you are. I’m here to listen and work with you to create a path to peace, clarity and growth. In my mind there is no one size fits all approach to people. We are all unique and my goal is to offer a space where you feel heard, accepted and given a path for growth.

I specialize in grief, anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, menopause, couples, co-parenting, divorce, teens and other types of counseling and therapy.
