I have worked with individuals in all areas of life. I have worked with recent graduates who are working to plan the next phase of their life, individuals considering a career change, single individuals wanting to be proactive about dating and future relationships, recently divorced clients, and people who want to be intentional about creating a vision for their lives.
Life gets busy and if we don’t take time to assess who we are and where we are going in the context of our own life we can get swept into directions we were never headed. On the other end of the spectrum is the feeling of being stuck. Many of my clients come to therapy knowing they want to make a change, but don’t know where to start.
As your therapist and life coach, I create a space for you to unpack where you are and explore what you do and don’t want for life. Much of identifying what we want in our lives is identifying what we don’t want I our lives. Growth and change are necessary for a fulfilling life.
