Payment Policy

Payment is expected at the beginning of each session. I accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards. You can also pay by using a Flexible Spending Account or HSA. If you plan to seek reimbursement for out-of-network expenses, I will provide an invoice to submit to your provider. Please speak to your insurance provider beforehand, as I cannot guarantee your reimbursement.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance of your session. Sessions in which you do not show or cancel with less than 24-hour notice will be charged at the full rate.

No Surprise Act

As a therapy client, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
